What is the Groomer Supply Club?

Groomer Supply Club is a quarterly subscription box specifically for professional pet groomers. Each box is packed with 5-7 high-quality grooming tools, full-size products, incuding one pair of specialty shears to keep your grooming kit updated and top-notch.

What types of products are included in each box?

Each box features one pair of specialty shears (such as curved thinners, chunkers, or swivel handle shears), along with a variety of other essential grooming tools, accessories, and full-size consumables from Foxy Roxy’s Supply Co. and other leading brands.

How much does it cost?

Each quarterly box is priced at $169 with FREE SHIPPING, with a retail value of over $275. You get top-tier tools and products for a fraction of the price!

How often will I receive a box?

Boxes are shipped quarterly, arriving during the first two weeks of January, April, July, and October. Your first box ships within 7-10 days of signing up, and after that, you’ll receive the boxes on the regular schedule.

How does the billing and shipping schedule work?

When you first sign up, you’ll be charged immediately, and your first box will ship within 7-10 days. After that, you will join our regular quarterly subscription cycle. Regular boxes are shipped during the first two weeks of January, April, July, and October, and your account will be charged on the 1st of each of these months.
For example, if you sign up on March 5th, your first box will ship in 7-10 days. You’ll then be charged again on April 1st for your first regular cycle box, which will ship in the first two weeks of April.

-If you sign up before the 20th of the month before the regular shipment goes out, you will be charged again on the 1st and receive your 2nd box within 2 weeks of that charge. If you sign up after the 20th of the month before the regular shipment goes out, you will receive your first box within 7-10 days and then your next box will be 3 months later at the next quarterly shipment. 

I signed up right before a regular cycle. Will I receive two boxes?

Yes, unless you choose to pause the first regular cycle box. If you would prefer not to receive two boxes back-to-back, simply email us, and we’ll be happy to adjust your subscription to skip the first regular cycle box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. However, to avoid receiving the next quarterly box, please make sure to cancel before the billing date for that cycle.

Are there any customization options?

At this time, all boxes are curated with the same selection of tools and products. However, we strive to include a variety of items that suit a wide range of grooming styles and preferences.
